The 26 year old righty out of Arizona, will pull double duty for the Outlaws, as he will also play first base. Selected in the third round of the 2003 amateur entry draft, McFall would have a breakout season in 2004. Playing rookie ball for Idaho Falls, he hit .359 with 14 homers and displyed his wheels by stealing 23 bases. The Pioneer League all-star would soon reach his highest level in the MLB's minor league system, AA, in 2008. After two seasons at the AA level, McFall bounced around the Indy leagues last year, playing for three teams in two different leagues. In his second season in Independent ball, McFall looks to help build on the Outlaws previous success in rout to a triumphant 2011 campaign.
